We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing multidisciplinary medical team in Pace FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a PA or NP who enjoys helping patients reduce pain improve function and get back to a more active lifestyle.
We offer a supportive team environment manageable workload no weekends call or holidays and office hours that end early on Fridays.
What Youll Do

• Evaluate and manage patients with musculoskeletal and pain conditions
• Perform patient exams and review medical histories imaging and diagnostic studies
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Utilize a multimodal approach to care including medication management physical therapy and bracing when appropriate
• Review and explain test results with patients
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians therapists nurses medical assistants and other providers

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Active FL PA or NP license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Compassionate patient-focused approach to care
• Comfortable working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $130000$140000 annually depending on experience Productivity bonus opportunity
