Physical Therapist

Job Description

As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient clinic, you will specialize in rehabilitating orthopedic and geriatric patients. You will apply your expertise to improve mobility and quality of life through tailored treatment plans, integrating advanced clinical methods and electronic health records to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

Assess and develop rehabilitation plans for orthopedic and geriatric patients
Implement treatment protocols to improve patient mobility and function
Utilize electronic health records to document patient progress and treatments
Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention

Necessary Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist (Florida)

Pay rate based on years of experience and advanced training/certifications. Pay rate includes salary plus performance based bonus incentives
