Manager Physician Practice

Responsibilities Oversees operations within practices. Provides leadership and supervision around practice operations. Ensures patient access, financial performance, and optimal patient experience. Communicates financial information to direct reports and Administration. Monitors and responds to trends in patient experience. Maintains working knowledge of quality efforts and supports high quality patient centered care. Facilitates performance management of all reports including hiring, counseling, and professional development. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an associate's degree with previous physician practice management experience is required. 2 years of relevant experience. Experience in healthcare required. Supervisory experience directing other's work required. Ability to lead and coach staff while simultaneously functioning as member of a team. Excellent computer skills including electronic medical record (EMR) and Microsoft Office suite. Demonstrated strong leadership, communication skills, and mature emotional intelligence. Demonstrated financial skills including budget, budget variance analysis, and action plans. Direct knowledge of practice management system or equivalent analytics software experience.
