Job Opportunity – Medical/Surgical-Telemetry Registered Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Full-time contract assignment in a 10-bed rapid admission unit. Patient ratio of 5:1. Holiday coverage required (see details below).

• Work in a dynamic 10-bed rapid admission unit with faster patient turnover than traditional medical/surgical units
• Care for a diverse patient population including general medical patients and surgical patients awaiting procedures
• Opportunity to work independently in a fast-paced, challenging clinical environment
• Utilize strong communication and critical thinking skills with frequent patient admissions and transitions
• Contract assignment with mandatory holiday coverage (Thanksgiving or day after; Christmas Eve/Day or New Year's Eve/Day)

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted RN license (Nursys verification required)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Medical/Surgical-Telemetry specialty
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and communicate clearly with interdisciplinary teams
• Complete work history with no employment gaps greater than 60 days
• Completed skills checklist and professional references required
