PRODUCTS LIABILITY, MASS TORTS AND BUSINESS LITIGATION ATTORNEY

McCarter & English, LLP is seeking a litigation attorney for our Miami, FL office. Candidate must have 3-6 years of law firm experience in the practice areas of business litigation or product liability, including attending court hearings and taking depositions. Candidate must have excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented. Superior academic record and excellent writing skills are required. FL Bar admission required. If you have relevant experience, we would like you to consider joining our team. Salary range for this position is $190,000- $220,000 annually, depending on level of experience. Candidates who receive an offer of employment will be processed through a background check which will be an individualized assessment based on the applicant’s or employee’s specific record and the duties and requirements of the specific job.
