About the Position

Job Title: RN Step Down Profession: RN Step Down Specialty: RN Step Down Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: - 2 years of PCU or Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience - Traveler must be flexible to work on a unit with the greatest need based on skills - Credentialing for both Med-Surg and Stepdown RN is required - RN Step Down (PCU) specialty exam completion and skills verification Description: Position requires commitment to work every other weekend and every other holiday. The traveler will be placed on a unit where the greatest need is, whether it is a PCU or Med/Surg/Tele unit. Travel experience is preferred. Epic experience is required. The role may require floating onsite within skill set or to nearby locations within a 40-mile radius if necessary. Candidates must possess the required certifications and credentials for the position.
