Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Implement treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist to help patients regain mobility and function
• Document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Educate patients and families on exercises and home care strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Graduation from an accredited PTA program
• Open to new graduates - no experience required
• CPR certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical skills in rehabilitation and patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
