As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor entry points, verify access credentials, and support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.58 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Monitor access points at a food and beverage manufacturing location, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct authorized individuals according to site requirements. Control entry and exit of personnel, deliveries, and vehicles while reporting unauthorized access attempts, unusual activity, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and communicating clearly with emergency personnel and site leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, business areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
