- Monday to Friday Schedule, 8 AM to 5 PM
- No Nights, Weekends, Holidays, or On-Call Duties
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a clinical setting.
- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure excellence in patient care.
- Actively engage in clinical quality improvement initiatives.
- Build relationships with employers and community partners to support healthcare initiatives.
- Mentor and support staff to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to operational goals.
- Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
- DEA license.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Preferred two years of clinical and supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
