Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year

Job Details

Lead Physician (M.D./DO):

The Lead Physician will provide direct patient care with administrative leadership (60/40). The Lead Physician will treat patients, support fellow providers, and work with Senior Leadership to help drive the clinic performance.

Qualifications:

MD or DO Required
Prefer experience in Occupational Medicine, Industrial Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, or related specialty areas
DOT Certified
Current DEA licensure
Active AZ Medical License in good standing

Mon-Fri, Day hours
No weekends/No Call
