OB/L&D RN needed for a 12-hour night shift position caring for laboring mothers and newborns in a high-acuity obstetrics setting. Nurse will provide antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn care while managing patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2 depending on acuity. Responsibilities include circulating in deliveries/C-sections, performing vaginal exams, electronic fetal monitoring, maternal/fetal stabilization and resuscitation, and supporting the mother/fetal dyad throughout the birthing process. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and culturally inclusive patient care are essential. EPIC charting experience preferred. EKG exam required.

Shift: 12 HR Nights Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend Holiday Requirement: Every Other Holiday On Call: 2 call shifts every 6 weeks Patient Ratios: 1:1 or 1:2 acuity dependent Local candidates not accepted Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Required Skills: Circulating, vaginal exams, electronic fetal monitoring, maternal/fetal resuscitation and stabilization Minimum Experience: 1 year RN experience required Preferred Experience: Recent OB, ED, or Critical Care experience Preferred Certifications: EFM Certification (NCC), Maternal Newborn Nursing Certification (NCC) Preferred Education: BSN Charting System: EPIC Electronic Health Record
