Associate Flex Manager - Must be available to travel to multiple locations throughout the Pittsburgh area, as assigned.

Job Duties include:
- Manage day to day operations of the facility
- Assist in the growth and ultimate performance of the store by maximizing revenue and occupancy
- Develop a working knowledge of the Self-Storage industry and company specific products
- Handle customer sales, inquires and concerns in a timely and courteous manner
- Market the store by use of customer referrals, local businesses and community involvement
- Maintain the physical condition of the property in conjunction with the Maintenance Personnel
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sales or management experience
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Expert problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a valid Drivers License and willing to travel within to multiple locations within the assigned area
Compensation details: 19.5-21 Hourly Wage
