We are a growing independent automotive repair shop looking to add the right technician to our team. We are not looking for someone who just wants to punch a clock — we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, cares about quality, and wants to be part of a shop that is actively improving and growing.

We work on a wide variety of vehicles and repairs ranging from routine maintenance and suspension work to diagnostics and larger repair jobs. Our goal is to build a strong, organized, high-quality shop environment where technicians have the support and structure needed to succeed.

What We’re Looking For

We are currently looking for:

• Preferably an experienced A-Level Technician willing to help lead, coach, and support other technicians as needed
• Strong B-Level Technician
• Experienced C-Tech looking to grow

Ideal candidates should:

• Have solid diagnostic ability
• Be dependable and detail-oriented
• Take pride in quality workmanship
• Be able to communicate professionally
• Work well with a team
• Be willing to continue learning and improving
• Understand the importance of properly diagnosing vehicles instead of guessing

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair customer vehicles accurately and efficiently
• Perform maintenance, brake, suspension, steering, and drivability repairs
• Perform inspections and identify safety concerns
• Communicate findings clearly with management
• Follow proper repair procedures and quality control processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Road test vehicles when necessary
• Treat customer vehicles respectfully and professionally

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Own tools
• Automotive repair experience
• Diagnostic experience preferred
• Ability to work independently while also communicating with the team
