Our Client Service Representatives help support pet owners, animals, and medical teams in Oregon's top veterinary hospital.About the RoleAs a member of the Client Experience Team, you are the primary point of contact for clients and their pets in a high-volume emergency veterinary hospital environment. Due to the pace and complexity of the role, candidates must have prior experience in high-volume, client-facing environments.This position requires the ability to simultaneously manage in-person client interactions, multi-line phone systems, and administrative responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and composure.
