We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Service Manager to lead front-of-house operations for an upscale, high-volume dining concept in Sumter, South Carolina. Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house operations including dining room and bar service in a high volume setting
• Hire, train, coach, and develop FOH team members
• Maintain high standards for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and service execution
• Oversee reservations, seating flow, and shift operations
• Partner with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth service
• Manage scheduling, labor, and staff performance
• Support beverage and cocktail program execution
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational compliance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale or high-volume dining
• Strong leadership and team development background
• Experience overseeing front-of-house and bar operations
• Knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and current cocktail service trends
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and guest recovery skills
