Job Title: Harvest - Elevator Operator Location: HENSLER, ND Zip Code: 58530 Duration: 3 Months Pay rate - $23/hr. Keyword's: #HENSLERjobs; #ElevatorOperatorjobs. This position is offering a pay rate of $23/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Job Description: Potential assignments may include, but are not limited to:

• Dumping and loading railcars and trucks
• Operating a grain dryer
• Assisting with grain handling
• Performing general housekeeping duties
• Performing general maintenance as needed

Job Requirements: To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must:

• Be committed to ADM's goal of achieving a zero-injury culture and understand and follow all company safety procedures.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance.
• Be able to climb stairs and ladders, work in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), and lift up to 55 lbs. unassisted.
• Be willing to work overtime and weekends, as needed.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently while remaining flexible enough to work effectively in a team environment.
• Maintain a professional image at all times and exhibit a positive, respectful attitude.
