Part-Time Skincare E-Commerce & Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Rejuvent Skin Care is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Part-Time Skincare E-Commerce & Order Fulfillment Coordinator to help manage daily orders from our online skincare store.

This is primarily a hands-on e-commerce order fulfillment position. A significant portion of each workday will involve processing online orders, selecting products, verifying order accuracy, packing products, preparing shipments, and helping maintain an organized skincare inventory and fulfillment area.

Accuracy is extremely important. We are looking for someone who enjoys organized, detail-oriented work and takes satisfaction in getting orders processed correctly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable with computers and online systems, able to work independently, and genuinely interested in skincare and high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

·         Process daily orders from our online skincare store

·         Pick skincare products accurately according to customer orders

·         Verify products, quantities, customer information, and shipping details

·         Carefully pack products for shipment

·         Create and prepare shipping labels and outgoing packages

·         Help ensure orders are processed and shipped promptly

·         Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient order-fulfillment area

·         Monitor skincare inventory and communicate low-stock or inventory discrepancies

·         Receive and organize skincare inventory as needed

·         Assist with inventory counts and organization

·         Assist with customer questions or order issues when needed

·         Work with other team members to maintain excellent service for our online skincare customers

·         Assist with other skincare e-commerce and inventory responsibilities as needed

Required Qualifications

·         High school diploma/GED or higher

·         Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

·         Strong computer skills and ability to learn e-commerce and shipping software

·         Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high degree of accuracy

·         Dependability and ability to complete daily responsibilities

·         Professional written and verbal communication skills

·         Comfortable performing hands-on order fulfillment, including picking, packing, organizing products, and preparing packages for shipment

·         Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

·         Previous e-commerce or online order-fulfillment experience

·         Retail inventory, shipping, receiving, or warehouse/fulfillment experience

·         Experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform

·         Experience with shipping software and online order processing

·         Experience with skincare, cosmetics, beauty products, or high-end retail

·         Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products

·         Customer-service experience

Previous medical-office experience is not required .

Schedule

Part-time, primarily during weekday business hours. Specific days and hours will be discussed during the hiring process.

Location: North Scottsdale

Compensation: Based on experience.
