Senior professional for sustaining critical systems, with expertise in legacy and modern Java (Spring Boot), strong production diagnostic capacity, and availability to work night shifts. Works from immediate incident containment to definitive resolution through root cause analysis, with a clear view of the business rules of the systems under their responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to production incidents during night shifts (6pm–2:30am), applying palliative measures for quick restoration of operations;
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) after stabilization, proposing and implementing definitive solutions to eliminate recurrences;
• Maintain and evolve legacy and modern Java systems (Spring Boot), performing corrective, adaptive, and evolutionary maintenance;
• Use Elastic APM for transaction tracking, performance analysis, and log correlation during investigations;
• Develop and maintain functionalities in React frontend, supporting the full application cycle;
• Understand the business rules of the maintained systems, evaluating the impact of each failure and proposing solutions from the perspective of the operation.

Technical Requirements:

• Legacy and modern Java (7/8) and (11/17/21)
• SQL and Oracle and SQL Server databases
• Spring Boot — REST APIs, JPA, Security
• Advanced troubleshooting in production
• Structured root cause analysis (RCA)
• Elastic APM / Kibana — traces and logs
• React — maintenance and development
• Advanced SQL and query optimization
• Git — hotfix flows and maintenance
• Integrations by SOAP/REST services and by queues

Desirables:

• Docker / Kubernetes
• Weblogic
• CI/CD (Azure DevOps)
• Microservices and resilience patterns

• Schedule: 12:00am to 8:17am (Monday to Friday)
