WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS:

You lead the plumbing department by organizing schedules, monitoring service quality, and ensuring customers receive exceptional care. You work closely with technicians to resolve pricing questions and technical challenges, review invoices for accuracy and compliance, and reinforce operational standards that keep the team efficient, accountable, and customer-focused throughout the day.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A PLUMBING SERVICE OPERATIONS MANAGER?

This role follows a schedule that runs generally from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with every other Friday off.

To qualify, you should have:

• 5+ years of experience in the plumbing industry
• A Journeyman license, management or supervisory experience, and/or water quality knowledge or experience is preferred
