Customs Brokerage Supervisor (Licensed Broker Required)

This is a key leadership role requiring a Licensed Customs Broker with strong communication skills and the ability to guide a team in a fast?moving environment. Key Responsibilities

This is a key leadership role requiring a Licensed Customs Broker with strong communication skills and the ability to guide a team in a fast?moving environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team handling daily Customs entry operations
- Assign work, monitor performance, and assist team members with complex issues
- Serve as a point of escalation for customer and shipment?related concerns
- Train new and existing staff on procedures, compliance, and best practices
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Process entries for air and ocean shipments when needed
- Classify goods using the HTS and manage remote filings
- Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal departments
- Support management with departmental initiatives and workload coverage
- Maintain accuracy, compliance, and high service standards
- Licensed Customs Broker (required)
- Minimum 5 years of Customs brokerage experience (air & ocean)
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CargoWise experience a plus
- Detail?oriented, organized, and proactive
