Job Title
Top Must Have's: Fen-X (current version) - 1 to 3 yrs Fen-E (enterprise) - previous version is okay to have as the candidate will have experience in the platform Functional Skills: Customer Lifecycle Management, Customer Onboarding, KYC (Know Your Customer), Customer Risk Scoring - 5 to 6 yrs Implementation/ Configuration/ Integration experience Should have experience Leading JD: The ideal candidate should have extensive experience, at least 5-6 years, on Customer Lifecycle Management, Customer Onboarding, KYC, Customer Risk Scoring. Experience on AML, Regulatory Reporting, Sanctions Screening will be an advantage. The candidate should have 1-3 years of product implementation experience with Fen-X. He/she should be able to configure the journeys, phases and tasks within the platform.
