Job Description:
The Respiratory Therapist will provide inpatient respiratory care with a focus on adult patients. The role includes drawing ABGs, setting up and managing ventilators and bipap, delivering nebulizer treatments, and assisting with intubations. Experience with NICU level 2 nursery and competency in bubble CPAP care for neonates 32 weeks and up is required.
Responsibilities:
- Draw ABGs and perform ventilator setup.
- Administer nebulizer treatments and provide conscience sedation and cardioversion standby.
- Assist with intubations.
Requirements:
- Current WA RT License.
- Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and either RRT or CRT.
- Must possess strong ventilator skills and NICU experience.
