Receiving Clerk

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Warehouse Receiving Clerk to join a fabulous manufacturing team. In this role, you will manage incoming shipments, verify order accuracy, and safely organize inventory in the warehouse. The ideal candidate has prior warehouse and forklift experience, works well independently, and brings a positive, punctual attitude to the team.

Location: Gallatin TN

Hours

1st shift- 6a-2:30p Monday- Friday


2nd shift- 12:30p-11p Monday -Thursday


Pay:


1st shift $18.50

2nd shift $ 20.50

MUST HAVE FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Load and unload all incoming shipments.
• Verify that incoming shipments perfectly match purchase order specifications.
• Accurately record receiving data in our digital inventory management system using an iPad.
• Safely store and organize materials in the warehouse using a tow-motor/forklift.
• Comply with all company safety guidelines, protocols, and policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficient forklift/tow-motor operation experience.
• Solid basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical capability to perform manual labor, including getting on and off a forklift multiple times a day and lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to work reliable 8-hour shifts.
