Make a Bigger Impact as a Medical AssistantOut in the Community Role: Medical Assistant Location/Type: Mobile County, AL Nationwide Travel Role Field-based Pay: $31/hour Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, weekdays What You'll Do Visit patients in their homes, not exam rooms Complete Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits Focus on preventive care, not urgent care Build meaningful patient relationships with unrushed visits Support seniors and families in their homes Document visits using modern EMR tools Must-Haves 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience CMA, RMA, or equivalent Medical Assistant credential 6+ months of primary care or internal medicine experience Comfortable traveling daily to patient homes Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Open to statewide travel within Alabama and travel to nearby states as needed Nice to Have Experience conducting Annual Wellness Visits Experience conducting Well-Child Visits Perks & Benefits $31/hour pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) $0.725/mile mileage reimbursement Paid travel time PTO and paid holidays Schedule & Travel Full-time, MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Home visits will start in Mobile County, AL This is a nationwide travel role Candidates should expect travel across Alabama and to nearby states based on business needs Mobile field role with EMR charting Make an Impact Help seniors stay healthier and independent by bringing preventive healthcare directly to their homes.
