About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Marketing Specialist to support our business development efforts by creating compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. This role blends traditional marketing responsibilities with proposal coordination, ideal for someone who enjoys writing, organizing complex information, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality, deadline-driven work. Key Responsibilities: Develop, write, and edit proposals, presentations, and introductory marketing content tailored to RFP/RFI requirements, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand messaging. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical information, refine value propositions, and craft winning narratives. Manage the end-to-end proposal process, including timelines, submissions, and version control. Create supporting marketing collateral such as capability statements, case studies, pitch decks, and one-pagers. Maintain and update a library of proposal templates, bios, project descriptions, and standardized language. Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, follow compliance requirements, and reflect a high level of quality. Support digital marketing initiatives and website updates as needed. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of experience in marketing, proposals, business development, or a similar writing/coordination-focused role. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously and thrive under time-sensitive conditions. Strong project management and organizational skills. Familiarity with proposal processes, RFP/RFI responses, and version control best practices. Adobe Creative Suite mastery is a must Experience in the AEC, Real Estate, or Commercial Industry is strongly preferred. Comfort working collaboratively with technical teams and leadership.
