We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our practice and support our providers in delivering exceptional imaging services. Position Summary: The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures to support clinical care across the practice. Reporting to the Office Manager and working under the direction of our providers, you will ensure high-quality imaging, patient safety, and smooth clinic flow. This role requires collaboration with physicians, clinical teams, and administrative staff to deliver efficient and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including orthopedic, trauma, and pain management studies. Operate and maintain radiologic equipment according to safety standards and manufacturer guidelines. Position patients accurately to ensure high-quality imaging with minimal radiation exposure. Verify imaging orders and seek clarification as needed. Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly. Assist with general clerical and clinical tasks to support clinic efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized imaging suite and appropriate supply levels. Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and courtesy in all patient and team interactions. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program; ARRT certified R.T. (R); valid Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License. Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a radiologic technologist; orthopedic or trauma imaging experience preferred. Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills; ability to multitask in a high-volume clinical setting; typing proficiency (30+ wpm). Preferred: Formal training in conflict resolution; advanced clinical expertise in radiologic technology. Computer Competency: Proficient with EMR, practice management software, email, and Windows systems. Physical & Mental Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of imaging equipment. Ability to lift and move patients and imaging equipment safely. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions. Travel between office locations as needed.
