Pay/Years of Experience Breakdown A Level: 7‑10+ years of experience – Up to $40 an hour B Level: 2‑7 years of experience – Up to $32 an hour Tire Tech/C Level: 6 months‑2 years of experience – Up to $24 an hour Physical Requirements Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds. Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head. Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair. Have the needed dexterity to efficiently use hand‑tools.
