Aspire Senior Living Platte City, a skilled nursing facility located in Platte City, MO, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, personalized care to our residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with medication administration, vital signs, and other clinical tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and concerns
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents
