Chief Digital Lead-to-Cash (L2C) Architect

Job Summary (List Format):
- Responsible for the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash (L2C) process and policy architecture across the enterprise
- Defines and governs the integrated L2C operating model, ensuring alignment across business functions, technology, and customer-facing processes
- Partners with business and IT leaders to drive process standardization, digital transformation, and consistent enterprise-wide customer experiences
- Leads process harmonization, policy modernization, and operational standardization initiatives
- Guides cross-functional teams through discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and adoption of new processes and models
- Translates business strategy and customer experience objectives into actionable process, data, and technology requirements
- Defines customer, partner, and seller journey frameworks to support experience-led design
- Identifies and manages impacts across sales, operations, finance, supply chain, and technology organizations
- Facilitates governance forums, architecture reviews, and key business decisions, including managing risks, trade-offs, and dependencies
- Requires deep knowledge of L2C processes, business architecture, process design, and systems thinking
- Must have experience leading large-scale digital transformation and process optimization programs
- Ability to assess cross-functional impacts and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills required
- Minimum 15 years of experience in business architecture, process architecture, operating model design, or enterprise transformation
- Proven experience with large-scale commercial transformation and integration initiatives
- Familiarity with CRM, CPQ, Order Management, Billing, Finance, Provisioning, and related L2C platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline required; advanced degree preferred
