Pay Range: $18/hr. -$19/hr.

We are a Taiwanese restaurant deeply rooted in tradition and craftsmanship. Our specialty, Xiao Long Bao (小籠包)-meaning "little dumpling in a basket"-dates back over 1,000 years to China's Song Dynasty. This iconic steamed dumpling, cooked traditionally in bamboo baskets, has been perfected over centuries by different regions of China and is now lovingly crafted in our kitchens to offer an unparalleled authentic experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Understand and accommodate guests' dining needs.
• Manage the waitlist and accurately estimate wait times.
• Maintain and manage the seating chart to ensure an efficient flow.
• Monitor restaurant activity and adjust seating accordingly.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or general questions.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Support team members with side work such as cleaning, stocking, and handling to-go orders.
• Collaborate with team members and departments to maintain smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
