Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – $5k Sign-On Bonus Overview In a manner consistent with our values, the Provider delivers high quality health care within Fast Pace Health’s scope of services while achieving optimum patient satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide quality patient care in both clinic and telehealth settings and meet targeted patient volume goals. Lead and mentor clinic staff (X‑Ray Technologists, Nurses, Front Office Specialists) to deliver excellent patient care. Conduct comprehensive patient histories, assess symptoms, allergies, and current medications. Formulate accurate diagnoses through situation‑specific questioning and provide appropriate treatment recommendations. Maintain accurate patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as required. Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and supervising physicians. Analyze patient histories, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop diagnoses. Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations with attention to patient‑centric care, safety, cost, and reliable information. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and health information management. Participate in mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and attend E/M training. Provide guidance to new employees and support ongoing training and compliance requirements. Maintain a respectful and confidential workplace culture. Qualifications Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS). Experience: At least 1–2 years as a provider in relevant practice (Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facility, ER, Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice). Licensure & Certification: Active clinical license and DEA. DOT certification required for full‑time and part‑time providers within 120 days of employment. DEA required within 120 days for providers meeting state minimum years of practice. Preferred Experience: Experience working as a Telehealth Clinician. Work Schedule & Hours PRN employees: minimum of 4 shifts per month. Full‑time employees: 12‑hour shifts and every other weekend. On‑call periods: periodic throughout the year (ancillary providers).
