Our organization and the School of Medicine are on the lookout for Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physicians to become part of our dedicated and skilled women's health teams across Indiana. Position Highlights:
Diverse Practice Opportunities: Positions are available in various communities throughout Indiana, encompassing urban, suburban, and rural areas.
Collaborative Care Approach: Join a multidisciplinary team committed to enhancing outcomes for patients and their families.
Comprehensive OB/GYN Services: Responsibilities include contraception counseling, IUD insertion and removal, pregnancy management and deliveries (both vaginal and cesarean), gynecological procedures, ultrasound, and care throughout the female lifespan.
Work-Life Balance: Shared call coverage and support from a laborist team help maintain a sustainable work schedule.
Academic Involvement: Faculty duties will be customized based on experience and rank, with opportunities to educate medical students and residents.
Research Opportunities: Engage in scholarly activities, including research, clinical innovation, and quality improvement initiatives.
Dual Employment: Full-time roles with both our organization and the School of Medicine.
Compensation and Benefits:
Attractive salary with potential for incentives.

Eligibility for a sign-on bonus of up to $150,000.
Qualifications:
Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in OB/GYN.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Eligibility for medical licensure in Indiana.
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
Open to both recent graduates and seasoned professionals.
