Esthetician / Laser Technician

We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and client-focused Esthetician / Laser Technician to deliver advanced aesthetic services at our medical spa.Our medical spa specializes in advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments including injectables, laser hair removal, BBL photofacials, skin rejuvenation, microneedling, chemical peels, body contouring, hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, and more. The Esthetician / Laser Technician plays a central role in delivering exceptional results-driven skincare and laser services, building long-term client relationships, and supporting clinic revenue through retail and treatment recommendations.Qualifications:Active, unrestricted Esthetician or Master Esthetician license in the state of practice, in good standing (Master Esthetician required where state regulations apply to advanced services)Active laser certification valid in the state of practice (e.g., Certified Laser Technician, Certified Medical Laser Safety Officer, or state-equivalent credential) required for any candidate performing laser servicesAwareness that scope of practice for laser hair removal, microneedling, and chemical peels varies by state; some services in Georgia and other states must be performed under medical direction or by a medical providerMinimum 12 years of hands-on experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or advanced aesthetic setting preferredHands-on experience with one or more of the following preferred: BBL/IPL, ND:YAG, Diode, Alexandrite, fractional laser, RF microneedling, or comparable energy-based devicesWorking knowledge of skin anatomy, Fitzpatrick skin typing, contraindications, and post-treatment careZenoti experience preferred; proficiency with comparable EMR/practice management or POS systems requiredComfortable performing skin consultations, treatment planning, and product recommendationsStrong sales aptitude with experience recommending treatment series, packages, and retail skincareCurrent BLS certification preferredProfessional appearance and polished demeanorAvailable to work some evenings and weekendsResponsibilities:Perform laser hair removal, BBL/IPL photofacials, skin rejuvenation, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, medical-grade facials, body contouring, and other services within scope of license and state regulationsConduct thorough client consultations including skin analysis, medical history review, and treatment planningConfirm a valid Good Faith Exam and treatment order is on file before performing any service requiring medical oversightEducate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, contraindications, and post-careRecommend treatment series, memberships, packages, and retail skincare products to support client outcomes and clinic revenue goalsMaintain accurate charting, photos, and documentation in Zenoti or designated EMRFollow all laser safety, infection control, and OSHA protocolsMaintain treatment rooms, equipment, and consumables in clean, organized, ready-to-use conditionTrack and report adverse events or unexpected outcomes per company protocolStay current on advanced aesthetic techniques, devices, and product knowledge through ongoing trainingBuild and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-up, rebooking, and exceptional serviceBenefits May Include:Hourly base pay plus service- and retail-based commission or bonus structuresEmployee discounts on treatments and productsPaid advanced training on aesthetic lasers, BBL, microneedling, RF devices, and other technologiesCareer growth opportunities into Lead Esthetician, Clinical Trainer, and senior aesthetic rolesHealth insurance benefits at select locationsRetirement savings options at select locationsSupportive and team-oriented environmentIdeal Candidates Are:Passionate about skincare, results, and the client experienceStrong communicators with excellent bedside mannerDetail-focused and meticulous about safety and outcomesSales-minded and comfortable recommending treatments and productsOrganized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working with high-end clienteleTeam players who take ownershipPart-time and full-time positions available. ***Some evenings and weekends required.
