Senior Pricing Analyst
The Senior Pricing Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Client Aerospace Government Sourcing organizations. This position is responsible for evaluating and establishing fair and reasonable pricing for commercial products and services in support of FAR Part 15 contracts.
You will leverage market research, pricing analysis methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance while driving competitive and strategic pricing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Conduct market research and price analysis to evaluate supplier pricing for commercial products and services
- Analyze comparable commercial offerings to establish fair and reasonable pricing benchmarks
- Apply knowledge of FAR / DFARS regulations to ensure compliance in all pricing activities
- Support pricing strategies for FAR Part 15 proposals, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
- Utilize analytical tools and financial principles to develop well-documented pricing analyses
- Collaborate cross-functionally within Client Aerospace, including:
- Sales and front-end business teams
- Proposal operations
- Product line leaders
- Engineering (CIJ), procurement, and subcontract specialists
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovation skills to address complex pricing challenges
- Present pricing insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support decision-making
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Top Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience (pricing, price analysis, FP&A, finance, or accounting)
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience working with FAR / DFARS regulations
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop creative, strategic pricing solutions
Preferred Skills
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or government contracting environments
- Advanced Excel or data analysis tool proficiency
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Timekeeping
Worker will utilize TWB for weekly time reporting. Supplier should register in Fieldglass on behalf of worker as he/she will not need access to this system.
