$20.00 - $33.00/hr* Full time Shifts may vary Role summary You are a key part of how customers feel after visiting the store. You may be the first, last, or only associate a customer interacts with. It is important to smile, greet, and thank every customer. You are an ambassador of Walmart. The pace can be intense in the evenings, on weekends, and during holidays. You will juggle several tasks while helping customers, such as scanning items, explaining prices, bagging items, counting cash back, and keeping your area clean. We are looking for someone who is positive, able to multi-task, and has a passion for customer service and helping others. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
