A growing, high-volume casual dining brand is seeking a hands-on Head Coach (General Manager)-a people-first leader who thrives on coaching teams, running strong kitchen operations, and driving consistent results.

Leadership is stable, decisive, and growth-oriented, with expansion planned ahead.

The Role

As Head Coach, you'll own the full restaurant operation-people, performance, and profit-at a high-volume location in a core, established market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 30-60 team members

• Coach and manage salaried managers and supervisors

• Own BOH and kitchen execution

• Drive accountability, cost control, and guest experience

• Set the tone on the floor through visible, hands-on leadership

Ideal Background

• GM or senior management experience in high-volume casual dining , fast food, or contract dining

• Strong BOH and kitchen leadership

• Confident, direct communicator comfortable managing conflict

• Passion for training, developing, and holding teams accountable

Hotel and country-club experience is not a fit.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $70,000-$85,000

• Monthly Bonus: 2.5% of restaurant EBITDA

• Medical: 100% employer-paid PPO for employee and family
