Job Opportunity: Progressive Care Registered Nurse
Our organization is looking for a dedicated Progressive Care Registered Nurse to deliver empathetic, evidence-based care to adults facing acute health challenges. This role involves a comprehensive approach to nursing, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored care plans.
- Implement and evaluate nursing interventions for patients with complex telemetry and hemodynamic monitoring needs.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and educate patients and their families on care processes.
- Coordinate care and respond swiftly to any changes in patient conditions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to new nursing staff as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards.
- Foster a patient-centered and culturally sensitive care environment.
- Current RN license and relevant certifications.
- Experience in progressive care or telemetry nursing preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
