You will be a part of a community health clinic specialized in telehealth, which maximizes our reach to clients in Riverside, California, and beyond. Our Operations team is dedicated to handling administrative tasks efficiently, enabling you to focus entirely on delivering exceptional mental health care without the distractions of paperwork or logistics.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate mental health and substance abuse histories, enabling the formulation of personalized treatment plans.

  • Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using proven evidence-based methodologies, adapting your style to various therapeutic modalities best suited for adolescents and young adults.

  • Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to ensure holistic, integrated client care, sharing insights and strategies for effective therapy interventions.

  • Educate clients' families on their roles in the recovery journey, encouraging supportive environments that contribute to sustainable mental wellness.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults who are facing various mental health challenges. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. This role requires a compassionate approach and the ability to engage meaningfully with clients who may be experiencing significant distress or life transitions.

Qualifications\n

  • A minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

  • Current state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.
  • \n
  • Strong proficiency with telehealth best practices and technology, including EHR systems and the Google Suite.
  • \n
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, showcasing the ability to convey empathy and understanding.
  • \n
  • A commitment to professionalism and maintaining a neat appearance during virtual sessions.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated competence in evidence-based therapeutic interventions, with a clear understanding of how to apply these in a virtual environment.

Preferred Experience\n

  • At least 2-3 years of experience providing therapeutic interventions in a mental health context, preferably with adolescents and young adults.

  • Prior experience in telehealth settings is highly valued, including familiarity with digital tools that enhance the therapeutic experience.

  • A willingness to undergo training and adapt to our proprietary evidence-based treatment frameworks to best support our clients' needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, you will benefit from a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
