Position Project Manager Roofing Overview Manage the Entire Process from Sale to Installation of Roofing. Required Skills Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities. Exceptional communication skills; comfortable handling concerns with homeowners, installers, and subcontractors. Responsibilities Manage and resolve issues involving homeowners, installers, and subcontractors. Manage and document on-site punch list walkthroughs across roofing installations, coordinating corrections and final approvals. Order roofing materials and ensure timely delivery. Schedule installations with installers, subcontractors, and homeowners. Handle issues related to homeowners, installations, installers, and subcontractors. Experience 5+ years of project management experience with roofing. Residential roofing installation experience. Position Offers Competitive Compensation – Salary plus Bonus!
