Patient Coordinator (Bilingual)
Lightwave Dental Management LLC
As a Patient Coordinator, you play an important role in our office and perform a wide range of responsibilities, to include: Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment Schedule and confirm patient appointments Verify insurance for all clinical appointments Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options with patients Develop and maintain doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary Answer phones Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required High school diploma or equivalent required A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred (Open Dental) #J-18808-Ljbffr Lightwave Dental Management LLC
