Occupational Therapy Assistant

Aviata Health Group - 611 South 13th Street - Responsibilities: Work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents; Assess residents' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas for improvement and develop interventions to address these needs; Implement occupational therapy interventions, including exercise programs, manual therapy, and cognitive retraining activities; Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff, to ensure comprehensive care; Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and treatment plans
