Shifts: Monday to Friday 8 am-5 pm, weekend on-call

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Home Health for a travel assignment in Providence, RI. This position involves working in community or small facility settings, providing comprehensive nursing support to individuals with varying health needs.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Home Health

Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for individuals
Coordinate communications and actions of various disciplines for health and safety
Ensure proper medication management as prescribed by physicians
Maintain documentation of individual health statuses
Direct and supervise activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses as needed
Schedule and complete health-related appointments, ensuring timely responses to findings
Provide training on health and safety topics for new employees and annual recertifications

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Home Health

Unencumbered Registered Nurse license
Experience with Home Health practices and policies
Proficient in technology, organizational skills, and communication
Preferred skills: Home care home base (HCHB), Point care, Point click care, Microsoft Teams
