Position Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of current or recent retail mortgage origination experience (Encompass preferred) Experience with FHA, VA, and Conventional loans Goal-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to generate self-sourced business and provide excellent customer service to company-provided leads Proven history of success in the mortgage industry Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
