Part Time Los Angeles, CA, US 5 days ago Requisition ID: 4846 Salary Range: $16.90 To $19.00 Hourly Job Summary The Community Manager directs the operations of the apartment community in a manner that will meet the goals of Anza Management Company. They will optimize return on investment for owners, provide a quality living environment for residents, and promote positive working relationships with company employees. Good computer skills (property management software -- Yardi (Preferred), Excel, Word). Experience with all financial-related issues -- expenditure control, maximizing income, collections, budgeting, etc. Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff, and management.
