Superintendent / Senior Superintendent – Commercial Construction

Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas
Project Types: Ground-Up Commercial Construction
Compensation: $120K – $165K Base (DOE)
Total Earning Potential: $200K – $260K+ (Bonus + Sign-On)

WhiteHat Talent is partnered directly with a nationally leading and well-respected commercial GC as it is expanding its field leadership team in the Dallas–Fort Worth market and is seeking experienced Superintendents and Senior Superintendents to lead complex ground-up construction projects. This role is ideal for field leaders who want to run significant projects, work with well-resourced teams, and build long-term careers with a contractor known for a strong culture and consistent project delivery.

You will take ownership of the jobsite — managing subcontractors, driving schedules, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all on-site field operations for ground-up commercial projects

• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, inspections, and daily production

• Own jobsite safety, scheduling, and quality control

• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, engineers, and ownership teams

• Lead field meetings and maintain accountability across trades

• Maintain project schedules and sequencing to ensure timely delivery

• Uphold high standards for safety and craftsmanship on the jobsite

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor

• Experience leading ground-up commercial construction projects

• Strong knowledge of subcontractor management and project sequencing

• Ability to run field operations for complex projects and large crews

• Familiarity with construction technology such as:

  • Procore

  • Bluebeam

  • Microsoft Project

• OSHA 30 certification preferred

• Strong leadership presence respected by subcontractors and field teams

Both mid-level Superintendents ready for larger responsibilities and experienced Senior Superintendents capable of running major projects are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Base Salary: $120K – $165K depending on experience

• Performance Bonus: $80K – $100K annually for senior project leadership

• Sign-On Bonus: $30K – $60K for experienced candidates

• Full benefits package including health, retirement, and additional incentives

Top performers in this role commonly reach $200K–$260K+ total annual earnings.
