Job Summary Mardian Equipment is an established multi‑state Equipment Dealer offering over 25 years of quality service in Equipment Sales, providing one‑stop shopping opportunities in Equipment Rentals, Parts & Rigging Sales, and Service that exceeds our competitors by employing Factory‑Trained Mechanics. Mardian is an Equipment Dealer for Link‑Belt, Elliott, Fassi, Shuttlelift, National, and Schwing. We are looking for a full‑time Parts Runner based in Phoenix, AZ. Job Duties Shipping and receiving orders Maintaining inventory Stocking inventory Cycle counts Cleaning Driving to local vendors Other duties as assigned Safety Play an active role in the development of the safety culture, making safety a natural part of all work performed Identify and report safety concerns Follow all safety policies and procedures Perform assigned duties in a safe manner Qualifications High School diploma (or GED) plus any combination of education and experience that provides the required skill and knowledge for the position Excellent Customer Service Skills Accountability Computer Proficiency Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for the past 3 years Willingness to take a drug and alcohol test as well as a background check Knowledge of Industry practices and consistent use of discretion and judgment Proper use of grammar, punctuation, spelling, and basic mathematics Legal and proper telephone etiquette and techniques Standard office software applications and equipment Application of data processing in the maintenance of records and reports Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access) Clear and concise verbal and written communication Skill and Ability to Work independently and exercise decision making Accurately type a minimum of 40 words per minute Keep up with “to‑dos” accurately and timely Perform research and report results Read and apply rules, regulations, and proofread material, making necessary corrections Work cooperatively and effectively with management, staff, and the public Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to prioritize work Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Work Environment The work environment may involve exposure to varying conditions including chemicals, gases, cold/heat, dampness, dust, fumes, radiation, heights, outside weather conditions, and moving mechanical parts.
