Shift : 3rd Shift
Hire Type : Direct Hire
Salary :$28/hr. -$32/hr.

Process Technician responsible for the setup of injection molds and monitoring of production processes to maintain quality and efficiency. This role supports molding operations through machine setup, troubleshooting, and process control in a manufacturing environment.

Job Duties:
• Complete startup of molding processes and provide first article to quality for approval
• Program robots and perform calibration of color loaders
• Perform Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures for all molding-related equipment
• Set up and process hydraulic and electric molding machines
• Troubleshoot molding issues and make authorized process adjustments
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with company policies
• Contribute to team objectives and support production needs as required
• Attend training to stay current with industry standards
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned

Qualifications :
• 3+ years of experience in plastics injection molding
• Experience with hydraulic and electric molding machines
• Strong troubleshooting ability in a manufacturing environment
