The Agency Texas provides more opportunities, more convenience, and more teamwork for our agents than any other brokerage; this means you - faster success, more commissions, and building a more extensive referral base.
The Agency Texas Realtor spends their time in front of the client - showing houses, closing deals. With ZERO fees, we allow you to focus on what you do best - sell homes and at a rate that far exceeds the industry average. This is done by being the best brokerage in Texas at leveraging technology to create efficiencies for our agents. We invest in our team more than anyone and are constantly pushing the edge of what technology can do for our ability to sell houses.
If we could help you 4x your production would you be open to a discussion? We are structured much differently than a typical brokerage - our agents, on average, sell 36 homes a year.
- Zero fees
- 15 Qualified Appointments every month set for your by our ISA team
- Admin and Contract teams support from Transaction Coordinator
- Onboard Training, Weekly, and monthly training
- Offices in Austin, Houston, and San Antonio - members of most of the MLS's in Central and South Texas
- No cold calling, no knocking on doors, no "grind."
You Have
- An Active Texas Real Estate License
- Ability and willingness to work 100% Commission - this is a 1099 position
