WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Helping lead and guide a team of 2–4 professional cleaners
Dusting, vacuuming, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms — all supplies provided
Checking homes at the end of each clean to make sure it meets our standards
Encouraging team members and helping them grow
Communicating with your manager to ensure each day runs smoothly
ARE YOU A FIT?
Do you have past experience leading, supervising or coaching a team?
Do you have a positive attitude and great work ethic?
Can you work at a fast pace (stairs, bending, lifting) and stay upbeat?
Do you have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record?
