Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR)A per diem Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Holden, MA. Once hired as part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local PRN rosters as you wish.Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is a 123 bed nursing facility providing long term skilled care and short term rehab services. Holden Rehab is newly renovated and has grown to accommodate many needs with state of the art equipment and mostly private accommodations. Within Holden's new building there are three distinct neighborhoods; short stay, long term and Wachusett Respiratory Care Unit. Each neighborhood has an activity area, family meeting spaces, outdoor courtyards and dining areas with country kitchens. Come join our team and be part of our success!Requirements:Must possess a current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license or license eligible to practice in the state where to be employed.Prior experience in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting is required.Must enjoy working with the geriatric population to improve their quality of life.Good Faith Rate Range: $50.00 - $55.00We offer competitive rates and great benefits:Up to 5 weeks of paid time off to start and up to 6 weeks of PTO after 5 years of employment.Continuing Education program.401(k) plan with a discretionary employer match.Flexible schedules to promote a balance between career and personal life.Mentor programs for therapists interested in.Responsibilities and Qualifications:The qualified candidate will:Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.Work well with others in a team setting.Be flexible with hours.
